Sunflower farmer!

This is a heart bursting beautiful family from Tanzania. They are sunflower farmers, thanks to TEAR Australia! Sadly though I was there just after harvest time!! (I am still dreaming of being in the sunflower fields when they are in full bloom!)

TEAR Australia funded the local Tanzanian partner to train and educate local farmers on the benefits of farming sunflower seeds.

Watching this man with his children was rather moving. So tender and kind. I think my heart was bursting at this moment. Had to share a few more shots below!!
