The struggle within.

The more places I go, the more work I do, the more I see, the more I know, the more I learn, even the more I succeed…. the more I realize that all the struggles I face are actually within me. They are my fears, my insecurities, my issues that travel with me wherever I go, whatever I do. They are calling on me to face them and deal with them and learn.

I did yoga this morning. It looks like a physical journey – a process – but really it is within me. The argument to get up early and do it. The argument to keep going when it is hard.

For me, other than raising our kids, I cannot think of anything that demands personal growth more than running our business. Thank you dear You Can’t Be Serious! You are an excellent learning ground.

Here’s to the journey within!

I took this photo of Andrew as we drove down the Oregon coast. From Seattle to LA. Was nothing short of amazing! So grateful.

Hi Hailey! I thought you were wonderful on Creative Live. I’ve been rewatching the workshop to pick up all the little tips and creative insight you provided. I hope you enjoyed your journey south to LA (my neck of the woods actually) and if by chance you’re still hanging out in SoCal, feel free to give a shout. BTW – working on editing my 30 day project – talk about learning curve.

Very, very cool picture. Hoping to start a business myself one day soon and look forward to the adventure!

I struggled with unhappiness and dissatisfaction many years before realising it was self created. The teachings of Eckhart Tolle really helped me realise that all my worry was in my head! Living in the moment makes all the difference and your 365 grateful project is the embodiment of that. Thank you for sharing and keep up the inspiring work! :)
